The staff at the hotel were amazing - helpful, polite, and well-mannered. They organized great city tours and the driver was exceptional. the happy hour with complimentary cocktails and nibbles was a fantastic idea, and the bartender was fantastic too. the hotel's location was also convenient, with key attractions within easy reach.
That the air conditioning could be a bit quieter. this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

This hotel is located in a great downtown area, perfect for exploring nearby sights. The staff are incredibly attentive and provided helpful recommendations for activities. The rooftop restaurant has a lovely view and serves great food. The hotel also has comfortable beds, authentic decor, and useful amenities like a happy hour and complimentary breakfast.
The breakfast options were limited and didn't meet expectations.

The staff were amazing. They were always happy and helpful, and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed the free cocktails and entertainment in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good variety of options. Plus, the hotel had a nice rooftop restaurant with great views of the city.
The location was a bit of a disappointment. There weren't many restaurants nearby, so we ended up eating at the hotel most evenings.

They were always ready to assist and made my experience truly pleasant. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key sites and attractions nearby. I also enjoyed the delicious food served at the rooftop restaurant, and the stunning views it offered added to my dining experience.
The only downside I experienced during my stay was the slow and unreliable internet connection. I understand that this is a common issue in the region.

Great location for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to both the northern and southern tourist sites. The hotel's facilities were up to standard, with beautiful local decorations that added a touch of authentic Mandalay charm. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. A highlight was the excellent tour of Amarapura, Inwa, and Sagaing, with a very knowledgeable and friendly driver.
The rooms could be a bit cramped, and some of the staff had limited English skills. The hotel's location, while convenient for exploring during the day, lacked options for evening activities.
